Sadie Allen Named CHN's March 2026 Service Excellence Superstar
Congratulations to Sadie Allen, RN, of the Emergency Department, CHN’s Service Excellence Superstar of the Month!Sadie was recognized for demonstrating CHN’s core values of Service and Teamwork through innovation, initiative, and collaboration that supports both patients and fellow caregivers.
Managing take-home medication pack dispensing has presented ongoing workflow challenges, particularly with Epic documentation when multiple prescriptions are involved. Recognizing an opportunity to improve the process, Sadie independently developed a creative workaround by manually entering additional prescription numbers to help ensure each dispense is accurately tracked.
Her solution has the potential to improve documentation accuracy while reducing time-consuming manual work and supporting colleagues involved in the medication dispensing process.
