Domestic Water Piping System Replacement - Curry Medical Center
Curry Health Network is seeking proposals from contractors interested in bidding on a project to replace the domestic water piping system at Curry Medical Center, an approximate 43,000 sf healthcare facility in Brookings, OR. CPVC piping will be replaced with new copper distribution mains and PEX branch piping from the mains to user points, while maintaining operations within an active healthcare facility.

Deadline for submission of questions: Oct. 23, 2026 @ 5 pm
Addendum/Responses issued: Oct. 30, 2026 @ 5 pm
Proposals due: Nov. 6, 2026 @ 5 pm
Anticipated notice of intent to award: Nov. 20, 2026
Desire construction start: Jan. 4-11, 2027 (or as soon as practicable)
Target substantial completion: May 31, 2027
Target final completion: June 15, 2027
