Alert! Nationwide Phishing Scam (August 20, 2026)

A phishing scam is currently targeting MyChart users nationwide. Fraudulent emails and text messages may offer a free “MyChart Medicare Kit,” “Senior Health Package,” or other giveaway in an attempt to obtain personal information, MyChart login credentials, verification codes, or payment information.

These messages are not affiliated with MyChart, Epic, Medicare, or Curry Health Network. If you receive a suspicious message:
●Do not click any links or open attachments.
●Do not reply or provide personal, login, or payment information.
●Check the sender’s email address and the website address carefully before interacting with a message.

Remember that MyChart and healthcare organizations will never ask for your password or verification code by email, text, or phone.

Be cautious of unsolicited offers or free gifts. MyChart does not conduct giveaways. Report suspicious messages as phishing or spam, then delete them. Official Epic websites include MyChart.com, MyChart.org, and Epic.com.

  • View your health information: Access your test results, medications, immunizations, and medical history from CHN visits September 14, 2024 and later.
  • Schedule appointments: Request and manage your appointments with ease.
  • Communicate with your care team: Send and receive secure messages from your healthcare providers. Please note: MyChart must never be used for emergencies or urgent matters. It is our goal to respond to communications within 3 business days. In an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. For non-emergency urgent matters, please call 541-412-2000.
  • Request prescription renewals: Easily request renewals of your medications.
  • Pay your bills: View and pay your medical bills online.

  • Sign up for MyChart after any visit September 14, 2024 or later

  • Click on "Access My Chart"
  • Click "Sign Up Now" and follow the prompts
