Lesa Davis Named CHN's May 2025 Service Excellence Superstar

Congratulations to Lesa Davis, Patient Access Specialist at Curry Medical North, who has been selected as CHN’s Service Excellence Superstar of the Month!

Lesa was nominated by Kris Keith, Director of Rural Health Clinics, who shared the following: “We had a rather difficult patient in the office—a person who yells and screams. This upsets the patient’s spouse, who is apparently treated the same way at home. Lesa was witnessed offering support, encouraging words, and a hug to the spouse—who even smiled for a quick second.” In a difficult moment, Lesa offered quiet compassion to someone who clearly needed it. Her empathy, presence, and kindness made a difference —and didn’t go unnoticed.
