How to leave your legacy

Bequests
Include “Curry Infusion Center” in your will or living trust with a specific amount, percentage of your estate, or remainder after other bequests.

Sample bequest language: "I give [amount/percentage/remainder] to Curry Infusion Center, Curry Health District Tax ID 93-0937095, located in Gold Beach, Oregon, for its general charitable purposes."

Beneficiary Designations
Name Curry Health District as a beneficiary of your:

• Retirement accounts (e.g., IRA, 401(k), 403(b))**
• Life insurance policy
• Bank or investment accounts

This simple update takes just minutes and doesn't require changing your will.

** Qualified Charitable Distribution (QCDs) cannot be made directly from a 403(b) or 401(k) plan. QCDs are exclusively allowed from Traditional or Roth IRAs.

Frequently asked questions

Will my gift go where I want it to?
Yes. You can designate your gift for the Curry Infusion Center or to Curry Health Network's greatest needs.

Can I change my mind?
Most planned gifts including bequests and beneficiary designations, are revocable. Your circumstances may change, and that's okay.

Will my family be taken care of first?
Absolutely. Bequests allow you to provide for loved ones first while leaving a meaningful gift from what remains.

Do I need to be wealthy?
Not at all. Bequests of any size make a difference. Many donors find they can give more through their estate than they could during their lifetime.
