Khristela Tadina-Go Named CHN's March 2026 Service Excellence Superstar
Khristela Tadina-Go, MLS, of the CMC Lab, was recognized as the March 2026 Service Excellence Superstar following a nomination from her department director, Nicole Tripodi.Khristela took the initiative to organize the lab’s procedure binders—an effort that is already making a meaningful difference for the team. By adding tabs to each procedure, she made it easier for staff to quickly locate the information they need, especially during blood bank situations where timely access is critical.
She also organized the binders by color based on department area, improving efficiency and helping staff navigate procedures more easily in high-pressure moments.
Khristela’s attention to detail and proactive approach have enhanced workflow within the lab and supported her team in delivering safe, timely care. Her actions reflect CHN’s core values of Service, Teamwork, Curiosity, and Integrity.
