Jessica Palmerin Named CHN's September 2025 Service Excellence Superstar
This month’s Service Excellence Superstar recognition goes to Jessica Palmerin, Registration Supervisor at CMC, for her kindness, initiative, and genuine care for CHN’s patients.A grateful patient, Brenda Cox, shared this heartfelt story: “Jessica was my sign-in person and asked about getting me information to sign up for the online MyChart type thing that’s current. I told her I had tried and tried to sign up myself and my husband, but never could get signed up, so I always gave up. Jessica was nice enough to sign me and my husband up. I can’t begin to tell you what a blessing that was and will continue to be, and I will think of Jessica every time my husband and I sign in! Give her a raise and a gold star!”
