Jacquelynn Brown Named CHN's October 2025 Service Excellence Superstar


Congratulations to Jacque Brown, who was nominated by Jessica Salcedo and selected as the Service Excellence Superstar of the Month for consistently demonstrating CHN’s values of Service, Teamwork, and Integrity.

Jacque has worked in pain management for several years and was excited for a new challenge when CHN’s new Ortho service line began to take shape. She applied for an MA role with Ortho and accepted an offer to join the team. Shortly after, unexpected staffing changes in pain management created gaps that could have left the providers and patients in a difficult position.

Without being asked, Jacque stepped in. She took on training the new MAs, ensured providers had what they needed, and helped maintain smooth, efficient patient care. She even requested to delay her transition by an extra month to support the team and ensure continuity for patients and staff. Jacque’s commitment to teamwork and service brought stability to pain management during a challenging time. She has been a steady, calming presence and a trusted resource to her peers across multiple specialties. Great job, Jacque!
