Curry Health Network is proud to offer specialized, accredited sleep medicine services right here in Curry County through the new Curry Sleep Center, located inside Curry General Hospital in Gold Beach.Whether you’ve been living with undiagnosed sleep apnea or waking up feeling less than rested, our experienced team can help identify the cause and recommend treatments to improve your sleep and your overall health.
Why Sleep Matters: Restful Nights = Healthier Days
Sleep isn’t a luxury—it’s a vital part of your physical, emotional, and mental health. Untreated sleep disorders are associated with increased risks of:• Heart disease and high blood pressure
• Stroke and Type 2 diabetes
• Depression, anxiety, and memory issues
• Fatigue-related accidents
Our goal is to help you get the rest you need to live your healthiest life.
Personalized Care for Your Best Rest
We offer both in-lab and at-home sleep testing options:• Overnight Sleep Studies (Polysomnography) – Conducted in one of our two private, hotel-like sleep suites at Curry General Hospital.
• Home Sleep Apnea Testing (HSAT) – A convenient option for qualifying patients who prefer to be tested in the comfort of their own home.
Conditions we evaluate and help manage include:
• Obstructive Sleep Apnea
• Insomnia
• Restless Legs Syndrome
• Parasomnias (sleepwalking, night terrors)
• Sleep-related breathing disorders
Wake Up to Better Health
Our sleep suites are designed for rest and comfort. Each room features:• A queen-sized Sleep Number bed
• Private en suite bathroom
• High-end bedding (donated by the Curry General Hospital Auxiliary)
• A 48" television
• Quiet, peaceful surroundings to help you sleep naturally

Your Path to Restful Nights and Healthier Days
If you experience loud snoring, excessive daytime tiredness, high blood pressure, or have been told you stop breathing during sleep, you may benefit from a sleep evaluation.
A brief screening tool called the STOP-BANG Questionnaire (PDF) can help identify your risk for obstructive sleep apnea. If you answer “yes” to four or more of the questions, it may be time to talk with your primary care provider—or give us a call to learn more.
