CHN Welcomes Two New Same Day Clinic Providers, Expands Availability by 45%


Patients now have fast, convenient access to healthcare for non-chronic issues at Curry Medical Center in Brookings, Oregon


“photoCurry Health Network is pleased to announce the arrival of two new Same Day Clinic Providers, Kim Orta, FNP and Julie Green, PA-C. The addition of these two providers has allowed the network to expand appointment availability by 45%, and now the clinic is open Monday through Saturday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Patients who require a quick visit for a single, non-chronic issue can make an appointment to see one of the providers. These issues may include headaches or migraines; fever; diarrhea or constipation; skin infections; sinus pain; new back or muscle pain; nausea, vomiting, and minor stomach pain; painful or increased urination; cough, sore throat, or congestion; STI/STD screening and treatment; and small lacerations, cuts, abrasions, sprains, burns, and eye injuries. However, the clinic is not intended for prescription refills, referrals to a specialist, chronic/ongoing conditions, or emergency medical care.

CEO Virginia (Ginny) Williams expressed her excitement about the new providers, saying, "We are thrilled to welcome Kim and Julie to our team. Their expertise and experience will be invaluable in providing our patients with fast, convenient access to healthcare."
