Alyssa Skillett Named CHN's February 2025 Service Excellence Superstar


Please join us in congratulating Alyssa Skillet, Patient Access Specialist at Curry Medical Center, on being selected as CHN’s Service Excellence Superstar for February 2025!

Alyssa was nominated not once, but twice—by both a fellow staff member and a grateful patient. Each nomination shared a different example of the same thing: Alyssa’s unwavering dedication to patient care and her willingness to go the extra mile

One submission described how Alyssa noticed a patient struggling to get out of their car and immediately stepped in to help—personally wheeling them to their appointment without hesitation. Another, from a patient, shared appreciation for Alyssa’s calm and caring response when the individual fell in the lobby. Alyssa quickly checked them into the Emergency Department and stayed with them, providing both comfort and reassurance.

Her kindness, attentiveness, and ability to respond with compassion in the moment are what truly set her apart. Alyssa is a shining example of service excellence in action, and we’re so lucky to have her as part of the CHN team.
