Accessing the Patient Portal

Current Thrive Patient Portal

This portal will be accessible until January 30, 2022. You must have your user ID and password to access the Patient Portal. The patient portal is available to all patients of Curry Health Network facilities (hospital and clinics). When you register for your visit, you will have the opportunity to register for access to the patient portal. The Patient Portal is a secure method to view your health information, like allergies, immunizations, medications, summary of care, most lab test results, and radiology results.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I register for this service online?
The Patient Portal is activated for each patient interested in this service at the time of your visit. We will require an email address to activate the service.

What happens if I register and do not receive an email?
First, check your spam folder. It may also be possible that your email address was not entered correctly. Please call 541.247.3550 to verify your email address. If the address was incorrect, staff will update it and resend the email.

What if there is information missing within the Patient Portal's "Summary of Care" section?
If you feel information is missing, please call Medical Records at 541.247.3000.

Why isn't the Patient Portal showing my most recent visit?
In most cases, your records are updated immediately. However, in some situations a 3-5 business day turnaround is necessary. Please allow adequate time following your visit for all the information to be uploaded. If you feel the information should be displaying, please contact Medical Records.

I have other questions. Who should I call?
Please call us at 541.247.3550 during normal business hours with other questions regarding the Patient Portal or Summary of Care.

Why am I not able to download my clinical information?
On August 9, CPSI informed Curry Health Network they were aware of this issue, and continue to work to remedy the problem. You may print or transmit your information to another healthcare provider.
