The Curry Health District Board of Directors Quality Committee will meet at 4 p.m. on Thursday, December 1, 2022, virtually via WebEx or phone call and in the conference room at Curry General Hospital, 94220 4th St., Gold Beach, Oregon.
The meeting space room capacity is limited to 12 persons including board members and key staff, so the public is strongly encouraged to participate virtually. If attending in person, masks must be worn at all times.

Public meetings are held in a place accessible to persons with disabilities, and, upon request of a person who is deaf or hard of hearing, Curry Health Network will make a good faith effort to have an interpreter provided at a regularly scheduled meeting. Any persons requesting an interpreter must give at least 48 hours’ notice of the request for an interpreter, shall provide the name of the requester, sign language preference and any other relevant information we request. If a meeting is held upon less than 48 hours’ notice, reasonable effort shall be made to have an interpreter present, but the requirement for an interpreter does not apply to emergency meetings. |
