Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA)

Curry Health Network is committed to serving the health needs of the community. In 2021, we completed our most recent Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA). This was a collaborative effort with community agencies and stakeholders to collect and analyze local data in an effort to determine the health status and needs of our community. The CHNA, adopted by our Board of Directors on June 30, 2021 is a snapshot of our community's health, and we will use this report to prioritize our health improvement efforts with available resources.
